The Defendant is accused of commercial disparagement and defamation, tortious interference with contractual relationships, trademark infringement, federal unfair competition, federal trademark dilution, cybersquatting, and injury to business reputation. The Plaintiff requests preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees, transfer of the infringing domain name, statutory damages, actual damages, treble damages, pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, and other further relief which may be justly entitled.
